Shipping and Policies
I strive to get my items shipped in a timely fashion! However, every item is made to order, so please allow the FULL processing time of 7-10 business days for most items.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied, an exchange or full refund minus shipping and handling will be considered after review of pictures and/or the item is returned to me. Refunds must be submitted within 2 days of delivery date to be considered.
Please note that items that are personalized cannot be refunded or returned. If there is an error on our end with your personalized item, please send me a photo of the mistake. I will glady replace your item at no charge to you upon photo review. Please send photos within 2 days of delivery to email@example.com.
We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or washed.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Our customer service hours are 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Messages sent after 6 pm on Friday may not be answered until Monday morning. We are a family as well as a business and use our weekends for family time. Thank you for your business and understanding!
